Oracle Is Asking The Court To The Evidence Page

According to a court documents show Oracle intended to Google it and patent litigation between the course of the trial to question Google CEO Larry Page. Oracle last year, Google filed a patent infringement lawsuit, claiming that Google's Android mobile operating system, Oracle's Java patent infringement. Oracle acquired in January 2010 and received the Sun Microsystems Java programming language, the latter technique. 38-year-old Page has been relatively low profile until 1998, he and his students at Stanford University, founded Google with Sergey Brin, the two have rarely appeared in public on behalf of the company. In April, Paige's successor as the new CEO Schmidt, Schmidt, was the Google executive chairman. A court on Thursday released the document, asked the court to adopt Na Peiqi Oracle's statement, because the acquisition of Android's decision is made by Page. Oracle wrote in court documents: "Mr. Page was also involved in between Sun and Google Android on the authorization to use the Java programming language technology and the subsequent negotiations, Google and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison communication between." Oracle said that Google has issued a circular, claiming that it wants to appear for a summons for Ellison. Google said that Oracle's requirement is "to obstruct the trial" because the court can get the same from other sources of information. Google said that Oracle had a very long time before the beginning of evidence, and now ask the court to allow it to be more evidence.
